Error description

• When creating an attribute value in Management Center, if using
  a special character such as '<', some pages do not display the
  special character properly. The attribute dictionary properties
  page will display the character, but a catalog entry that has
  this attribute assigned, will not display the special
  character's value on its properties page.

  V7 FEP5 and FEP6 users who use special characters in attribute
  dictionary attributes
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Special Characters such as '<' do not display correctly in
  Management Center
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Minimal, display issue in Management Center only; storefront
  appears correctly.

Problem conclusion

• This ifix will escape the special character in the catalog entry
   page in Management Center to properly display the special
  character.
