Error description

• With auto-indexing enabled, the Web content crawler utility
  expects a response from the buildindex utility so it can exit
  cleanly. However, the response is not in a format that the
  crawler can handle, so an error similar to this is thrown:

  com.ibm.commerce.search.crawler.helper.HttpHelper get
   SEVERE: Response is not text/html or text/xml, abort!
  

Local fix

• The error is only for the buildindex response to the crawler.
  The buildindex and crawler processes likely completed
  successfully. Check the Solr trace to confirm buildindex
  completed successfully.

   All WebSphere Commerce users who run the Web content crawler
  utility with the auto-indexing option enabled.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   With auto-indexing enabled, the Web content crawler utility
  exits with a severe error message.

   Error message indicates the crawler utility aborted when it
  actually completed successfully.

Problem conclusion

• The response is of application/xml format, not text/html or
  text/xml. This APAR adds a condition check  where, if in
  application/xml format, do not print the error message in the
