Error description

  • In Process Portal, the Process Details page displays the Due
    Date (timestamp values) of associated tasks in the time zone of
    the end user (viewing the Process Portal), but the Closed Date
    is displayed in the time zone of the Process Server (or Process
    Center) where the tasks are being executed.  The Closed Date
    timestamps should be displayed in the end user's time zone.

    The code does not consider time zone information for display
    of the Closed Date.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Formatting the Closed Date values based on the user's time
    zone resolves the issue.
    
    An interim fix for Business Process Manager Version 7.5.1.1 has
    been published to Fix Central.  Please refer to the separate
    file that is automatically downloaded with the interim fix
    for prerequisite information and installation/uninstallation
    instructions.
