Error description

• The maximum number of characters allowed in the URL field on
  Marketing Content in Management Center is currently 254
  characters. When business users try to input a URL longer then
  254 characters, they will see an error and will not be able to
  use this URL as a click action. URLs taken from search based
  navigation links are often longer than 254 characters.
