Error description
A promotion is created in an extended site that is associated with a customer segment from an asset store. The customer segment definition is that the customer does not belong to a different customer segment. A shopper that should be entitled to the promotion does not have the promotion applied to their shopping cart. The following steps illustrate the problem: 1) In an asset store, create the following two customer segments: Group A - Registration page: Registration status: Registered Not Group A - Customer or Segment page: Customer segments: Customer must not belong to any of the following customer segments: Not Group A 2) In an extended site store, create the following two customer segments: Group B - Registration page: Registration status: Registered Not Group B - Customer or Segment page: Customer segments: Customer must not belong to any of the following customer segments: Not Group B 3) In the extended site, create four promotions. Add one of the customer segments to each of the promotions. 4) Go to the store as a guest shopper, and add products to the shopping cart that meet all the promotion conditions. The shopping cart should have applied the promotions associated with customer segments Not Group A and Not Group B. The promotion associated with customer segment Not Group B is applied. However, the promotion associated with customer segment Not Group A is not applied.
