Error description

  • Abstract: Deadlock was caused by
    com/lombardisoftware/server/core/Registry

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • Problem Description:
Potential code deadlock when tracing turned on in class
    com.lombardisoftware.core.Registry.

    Problem Summary:
When tracing is turned on, two synchronized blocks can
potentially be executed in different sequences which leads to
    situations
that synchronized locks on objects are aquired in different
sequence. This may lead to a "code deadlock", i.e. the two
    threads
are each waiting for the other object to be locked. The affected
    threads are hanging.

    Problem Conclusion:
This special sization is detected in the code and the affected
trace statement is avoided if this seldom situation occurs.
