  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When logging into Process Portal with   *
  *                      single sign on configured (e. g. via    *
  *                      Tivoli Access Manager / WebSEAL), the   *
  *                      message "Exception in                   *
  *                      RequestProcessor.processForwardConfig"  *
  *                      may appear.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This issue is caused by handling of timezone cookies and BiDi
  filters.  The BiDi filters and other filters update the
  response and header.  In the RequestProcessor class there is a
  method, processForwardConfig(), that forwards a request to a
  JSP when the timezone cookie is not found.  At this point,
  however, the request is already committed, resulting in
  the exception.  As there is already code elsewhere that handles
  the timezone cookies, the additional code in RequestProcessor
  is redundant.
  

Problem conclusion

• Removing the logic described in the Problem Summary resolved
  the issue.
  
  An interim fix for Business Process Manager Version 7.5.1.1 has
  been published to Fix Central.  Please refer to the separate
  file that is automatically downloaded with the interim fix
  for prerequisite information and installation/uninstallation
  instructions.
