Error description

• When extending the configuration registry file, the
  ComponentConfigurationRegistry does not recognize the changes in
  the extended file under the -ext directory. For example, when
  customizing the default Foundation configuration registry file
  (/xml/config/com.ibm.commerce.foundation/wc-config-mapping-regis
  try.xml), the changes in the extended file (e.g.
  /xml/config/com.ibm.commerce.foundation-ext/wc-config-mapping-re
  gistry.xml) are not being recognized.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on version 7.0 who would like to extend
  the configuration registry file.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Unable to customize the configuration registry file (e.g.
  wc-config-mapping-registry.xml) without updating the default
  file.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Users who would like to update the configuration registry would
  be required to update the default file directly and unable to
  extend the configuration registry file.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix updates
  com.ibm.commerce.foundation.common.config.ComponentConfiguration
  Registry to check the -ext folder for extensions to the
  configuration registry file (wc-config-mapping-registry.xml).
