Error description
When multiple "free gift" promotions are applied to an order, but one of the free gifts is out of stock, the other free gifts will continually add to cart on each time the shopping cart page refreshes (OrderCalculateCmd is called)
Local fix
Monitor inventory manually, and prevent it from being out of stock

USERS AFFECTED: WC v7 users who are using multiple free gift promotions that can be applied to a single order PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Multiple "free gift" promotions do not behave as expected when one of the free gift items is out of stock (0 inventory) BUSINESS IMPACT: Not able to set up multiple free gift promotion on same order RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
