Error description

• The following user related cache entries are normally cached in
  the baseCache:
  
  MemberGroupsCacheCmdImpl
  ParentOrganizationCacheCmdImpl
  CommandLevelAuthorizationCacheCmdImpl
  ContextDataSerValueCacheCmdImpl
  
  These cache entries are frequently invalidated, which can be a
  performance problem, especially
  when eXtreme Scale is configured as the DynaCache service
  provider for the baseCache.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of WebSphere Commerce version 7 with a fixpack level prior
  to 3.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Need to improve performance by avoiding placing user related
  data in the baseCache servlet cache instance.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Frequent invalidations in the baseCache can slow down queries to
  the baseCache DynaCache cache instance, causing increase
  response times for shoppers.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• This iFix changes WebSphere Commerce so that when the
  WCUserDistributedMapCache and WCSessionDistributedMapCache
  object caches are enabled, data corresponding to the following
  commands are cached in those cache instances and not in the
  baseCache cache instance.
