Error description

• Upgrade 6x tool falls into a loop when creating DB schema on
  the customer side since the settings in resource.xml are
  incorrect.
  

Local fix

• Override the settings in the configuration file manually.

  *                      incorrect port set in resource.xml.     *

  This issue is caused by the generated resource.xml which
  includes an he incorrect port number to be used to connect to
  the database. Using the incorrectly generated port, the
  connection to the database fails and subdequently the DB
  schema creation also fails. The upgrade_6x tool will then retry
  the schema creationg step and falls into an infinite loop.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ifix fixes the incorrectly generated port number of the
  resource.xml. The correct port is now generated and the shcema
  creation step completes successfully.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download
  
  The ifix can be downloaded in the fix central
