Error description

  • When the Process Portal opens a task coach form it asks the
    server for
    which actions is allowed to perform on the task.
    The calculation whether task collaboration is possible may fail
    in case
    its human service uses nested services which are not implemented
    (Attached Nested Service is not set).
    

Local fix

  • a workaround  procedure by  is  currently under investigation
    with the client.  no results on this yet.

    Problem Summary:
    When the Process Portal opens a task coach form it asks the
    server for which actions is allowed to perform
    on the task. The calculation whether task collaboration may fail
    in case its human service uses nested
    services which are not implemented (Attached Nested Service is
    not set). This seems to happen especially
    if the attached service had been set in the past and was located
    in a toolkit.
    
    Problem Conclusion:
    The fix tolerates that the service reference may be outdated and
    no service is returned. It is then handled
    like the case when the attached service has never been set.
