Error description

• OOM thrown during running upgrade_7x to migrate DB from BPM 751
  to V8, if the size of table LSW_BPD_INSTANCE_DATA &
  LSW_TASK_EXECUTION_CONTEXT are too high.

  We loaded all the data into memory for one time then write
  them to target DB. After this ifix we will load the data with
  a count limit for one time in order to prevent OOM and maximum
  open cursors exceeded issue.
