Error description

• When you specify an invalid authentication alias for the Process
  Server to Process Center communication. The alias set in these
  config values.

  The following error is seen.
  CWLLG0097E: An exception was received while trying to send
  heartbeat.  Error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Arguments
  to addParameter(String, String) cannot be null
  
  This error does not let you know that the authentication alias
  is invalid. This often occurs because WAS appends the cell name
  to the auth alias when it are created in the admin console.
