  • IDOC CONNECTOR IN PACK FOR SAP APPLICATIONS 7.0
Unable to load customer data into debmas06 idoc due to segments
sorting issue.
The customer is using a single node configuration and Idoc
Connector in sequential mode so no issue related to partition.

Based on the investigation there is a sort issue with Idoc
segments. The Idoc segments expected to be in order, but the
order of the IDoc segments arrived at the SAP gateway is
incorrect

Problem summary


    

  • IDoc load jobs doesn't load IDocs correctly. Segment hierarchy
is broken when inspecting the incoming IDocs, e.g., in SAP
transaction we02 (sub-segments appear as root segments)

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Code fix: corrected the IDoc loading mechanism
