Error description

• Run the SitemapGenerate command from the WebSphere Commerce
  Administration console scheduler view, and then the XML format
  sitemap file is generated, which has an invalid date format for
  the <lastmod> tag, which is "day of year".The date format of the
  <lastmod> tag should be YYYY-MM-dd, where "dd" is the "day of
  month", required by the sitemap standards.
