APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Custom e-mail template JSPs registered in the EMLMSG database
  table do not display in the Management Center Marketing "E-mail
  Templates" list and do not display in the utility pane Browse
  tab "E-mail Templates" list. Only e-mail templates created
  within Management Center are displayed.  Custom e-mail template
  JSPs can only be found by doing a search. This is confusing to
  Marketing Managers as they expect to see all e-mail templates
  (created in Management Center and custom JSP) listed in the main
  E-mail Templates list and in the utility pane Browse tab.

Problem conclusion

• The Management Center was changed to display all e-mail
  templates (both ones created within Management Center and those
  registered in the EMLMSG database table) in all E-mail Templates
  lists displayed in the Marketing tool.
