Error description

• The data load currently supports sending data to the WebSphere
  Commerce database only.  In order to support loading to other
  databases, the data load framework should allow a custom batch
  service to be registered.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WC 7.0 data load customization developer.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Data load does not support a custom batch service to load data
  other than the WebSphere Commerce database.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The ability to load other (non-WebSphere Commerce) databases is
  not currently supported, leading to workload for the customer to
  load those tables.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The data load configuration is enhanced to accept the custom
  batch service registered.
  
  In the <DataWriter> element, customers can now specify a custom
  batch service. For example, the out of box JDBCDataWriter
  appears as this:
