Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Open a tool such as the Marketing tool.
  2. Add a sales category as a target. For example, create a web
  activity and in the 'Recommend Category' action, specify a sales
  category.
  3. Save and refresh the activity.
  4. The icon of the sales category is changed to a master
  category. When the category is opened from the grid, it displays
  an error about missing parent catalog.
  

Local fix

• Viewing the sales category in the Catalogs tool will show the
  correct parent catalog.

  WebSphere Commerce business users managing sales catalogs in
  Management Center.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Sales categories are not displayed properly in all WebSphere
  Commerce Management Center tools

  are displayed in Management Center. It does not impact the
  run-time evaluation of the categories.
