Error description
The customer ran into multiple issues logining into Process Center and running the Refresh and Publish command. They had the incorrect Process application rights in Process Center. And, they were missing the required WAS admin roles. The documentation should be more clear about the specific process rights that are required. Write or Admin on every process or toolkit being imported. The user also needs needs Configurator, Operator and Deployer administrative security roles. This is needed when sending update to Process Center since it deploys the advanced content(BLA) with each publish. None of these roles or rights are mentioned in the doc discussing IID connection to PC or the Security section.
