Error description

• Object forms of the projects being deployed are required in
  early phases of ServiceDeploy execution, however, these are not
  required in later phases of execution but cannot be garbage
  collected due to existing object references.

  projects in internal Object form while deploying are required
  in
  early phases of ServiceDeploy execution, however these are not
  required in later phases of execution, but cannot be
  garbage-collected due to existing object references.
  If deploying large sets of projects this can lead to an
  OutOfMemoryError.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix releases the references in later phases of ServiceDeply so
  that memory used by project objects can be garbage collected.
