Error description

• Description:
  In the Task Information widget, opening a task results in the
  correct task name being shown in the tab title (at the top
  of the widget).
  After navigating away from the page containing the widget in
  Business Space and then back to the page, however, the task name
  displayed is a "technical" name that is not usable by an end
  user.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The task name shown at the top of the   *
  *                      Task Information widget in the tab      *
  *                      title sometimes is not an end user      *
  *                      readable task name.  Switching to a     *
  *                      different page in Business Space and    *
  *                      then back to a page with the Task       *
  *                      Information widget causes a             *
  *                      "technical" name that is not end user   *
  *                      readable to be displayed.               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The information about which task will be shown in the Task
  Information widget after returning to the page comes with a so
  called "onNavStateChanged" event.  The task IDs are extracted
  from the event's payload and the complete task object is then
  retrieved using a REST API.  Due to a problem in the code, the
  display name will not be used for the tab title if the
  complete task object is passed to the taskArea.handleTask()
  method which actually opens the task.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code change was made so that the display name is always
  used, if available, regardless if the complete task object is
  available or not before entering the taskArea.handleTask()
  method.
  
  An IBM Business Process Manager 7.5.1.0 interim fix for
  JR43414 is available from Fix Central.  Fix application
  instructions are also available when obtaining the interim fix
  from Fix Central.
