Error description

• Text scrolling issues in Management Center in Multi-line and
  Rich Text editors. If you put in text with 15 or more lines, the
  input text is scrollable within the view, but it does not
  actually scroll. The cursor is still at the right place and
  whatever you type is inserted in the right place. But the view
  seems to be stuck at the top so you cannot see what you are
  typing. You have to re-navigate using the arrow keys on your
  keyboard to see the changes.

Problem conclusion

• Management Center OpenLaszlo code was updated to ensure the
  cursor in the text box is always in view while the text is being
  edited.
