    ****************************************************************
The user has an app that has a dependency on a toolkit. In
this toolkit is a service that is exposed as a URL. When this
app is installed on the process server it is not accessible by
    the url.

Problem conclusion

  • Solved this problem with a correction to ExecuteServiceByName
servlet. Revised the exposed service discovery by including
dependencies to the search. This allows the exposed services
in the dependent toolkit to be referenced by using the process
app. This will work in both the process server and the
process center, and is consistent with the process center's
presentation of listing exposed services in a dependent
    toolkit under the process app.

Problem is fixed in interim fix and in future fix packs and
    releases.
    This Fix Pre-requisites JR41612.

Temporary fix

  • Yes, Copy the service to the process app.
