Error description

• When displaying a simple line chart within a scoreboard,
  the date may be displayed as December 31, 1969.  The expected
  result is that the simple line chart will display the current
  date in a similar manner as other chart types.

  Formatting the date twice caused the date to display
  incorrectly in a simple line chart in a scoreboard.  The
  second date formatting within the simple line chart CSS was
  extraneous.
  

Problem conclusion

• Duplicate formatting was removed from the simple line chart
  CSS to resolve this issue.  After applying the JR42959 fix, a
  simple line chart within a scoreboard will display the current
  date.
  
  The JR43184 interim fix has superseded JR42959 and contains
  all of the changes for JR42959.  The JR42959 fix on the
  7.5.1.0 level of IBM Business Process Manager is available as
  part of the JR43184 package on Fix Central.  Please refer to
  the linked JR43184 document for more information about JR43184.
