Error description

• If a catalog entry has already been associated to a sales
  category,  when a user tries to associate the catalog entry to a
  second sales category with dataload utility, it will fail with
  an error message indicating that the catentry-catgroup
  relationship cannot be created because the catentry is already
  in another catgroup in the master catalog.

  WebSphere Commerce users who use dataload to upload sales
  catalog data.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Dataload is unable to load the catalog entry and sales category
  relationship data if the catalog entry has already been
  associated to another sales category.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  User would not be able to load the catalog entry and sales
  category relationship data using the dataload utility.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The dataload code was fixed to allow a catalog entry to be
  associated to multiple sales categories.
