Exception occurs when using Process Inspector web version via Process Admin console on Runtime env. The issue appeared to be related to DB2 9.5.7 version.
Local fix
The error goes away if DB2 is upgraded to 9.7 release

Problem conclusion
Replace incorrect decimal comparison syntax with the correct usage by removing unnecessary quotation marks from the query used to populate Process Inspector. Problem is fixed in interim fix available in Fix Central. Problem is also fixed in future releases.
