Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere Application Server team released APAR PM63290 to
  correct this problem. In addition to the
  WebSphere Application Server iFix, this WebSphere Commerce iFix
  is created to deliver the same corrections to the
  copies of the ICU4J library that are included with the WebSphere
  Commerce application.
