Problem conclusion

• Code fix - If delete destination fails, retry a few times to
  avoid timing issues.
  
  There are subsequent versions of the patch:
  Version 1: Code fix - If delete destination fails, retry a few
  times to avoid timing issues.
  Version 2: Delete Destination on Reset as well. Also implemented
  an environment variable which can be used to customize the
  number of delete retry attempts:
     DSR3_ABAP_DEST_RETRIES - how many times to retry deleting the
  destination (default 6); use values from 1 to 1000
  Version 3: Corrects an issue where a memory error may be
  generated when the user sets DSR3_ABAP_DEST_RETRIES to any
  value. Default behavior (not setting DSR3_ABAP_DEST_RETRIES,
  which means using the default value 6) is fine. This fix is only
  required for version 70 of the Pack (the 65 version did not have
  the issue introduced)
