Error description

• A call to the
  com.ibm.commerce.server.HttpRequestWrapper#getRequestUrl()
  method can cause a java.util.regex.PatternSyntaxException when
  the uri contains brackets.

Problem conclusion

• In HttpRequestWrapper.getRequestURL(), String.replaceAll(String,
  String) is replaced by String.replace(CharSequence,
  CharSequence) which doesn't do regex.
