Error description

• When there are a large number of records in the MEMBER database
  table, the SQL query used by the ListUsersInMemberGroupCmd
  command may have poor performance.
  
  The ListUsersInMemberGroupCmd is used in several scenarios
  including:
     - setting up order approval when an order is submitted
     - retrieving the list of users for an e-mail activity
     - retrieving the list of users for an dialog activity using
  the Customer is in Segment trigger
