Error description

• Each time when invoking saved search, two sql cmds will be
  invoked internally. One is to query the content, while the other
  is to count the query resultset number. But these two query are
  really heavy.
  And the second one is not really necessary for end user. And It
  could be very helpful for performance improvement, if the SQL
  "select count (distinct t.bpd_instance_id)..." could be avoided.

• The fix was to remove the count query and is available on fix
  central.
