APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The UserRegistrationAdd command incorrectly populates tables
  such as USERPROF, BUSPROF, USERDEMO when there is no real data
  to be written to these tables. The command still does an insert
  and populates tables, even though most of the columns (except
  the USER_ID) are null.
  

Local fix

• Regularly delete empty records from USERPROF, BUSPROF, and
  USERDEMO tables.
