Error description

• When installing IIS to a WAS cluster with an unmanged web
  server, the
  plugin-cfg.xml file is not automatically propagated to the web
  
  server
  and installation may fail with the following errors in the

• Prior to installing IIS, install the web server in a managed
  node so that the plugin-cfg.xml file is automatically
  propagated.
