Error description

• When Feature Pack 3 starter store enhancements are enabled, the
  foundation feature is also enabled as a pre-requisite and Solr
  is installed as an SEO dependency

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users who are using SEO from Feature Pack 3
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  SEO has a dependency on Solr
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Solr is being used when it is not necessarily needed. The only
  SEO features that have Solr dependencies are the title and meta
  descriptions for the category and product pages
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The access profiles IBM_Store_Summary(for Catentry) &
  IBM_Store_Details(for Catgroups) will have implementations in
  Search framework as well as Database mediator framework.
  Based upon search profile in the request & Search enablement,
  the framework will route to the appropriate implementation.
  
  Support for additional access profiles IBM_Store_Summary_SEO(for
  Catentries) & IBM_Store_Details_SEO(for Catgroups) that will
  always fetch SEO data only using Database mediator framework
  irrespective of Search enablement or the presence of search
  profile in the request.
