Error description

• The default time for which WebSphere Commerce remembers recently
  browsed products or categories is 30 minutes.  This default
  value is not configurable.
  

Local fix

• There is no workaround to allow the time period to be
  configurable.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users who use recently browsed products or
  categories web activities in the Marketing tool in Management
  Center.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  The time period for which WebSphere Commerce remembers recently
  browsed products or categories of a shopper is not configurable.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Shoppers who's session time is longer than 30 minutes may see
  incomplete browsing history for recently browsed products or
  categories.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• A configurable parameter (timeToLiveUserBehaviorCache) is
  introduced to allow the time period (in minutes) for which
  WebSphere Commerce remembers most recently browsed products or
  categories.  The browsing behavior is stored in the marketing
  user behavior cached distributed map. The
  timeToLiveUserBehaviorCache parameter allows the timeout value
  to be set on cached behavior entries.
