Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users who modify a WAVES or MNS stage a certain way
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If you open the MNS or WAVES stage and then close of it by
  hitting
  cancel, the stage dependencies (the override files for the
  selected
  country groups) get blown away.  This leads to an error of the
  form:
     MNS issue when using USNMAD rules. MNS_184,3: Table could not
  be
     found. MNS_184,3: The above error occurred in the following
  line
     of file /RT_QS2526/V0S184/Controls/USMNAD.ITO
  The work-around is the reopen the MNS stage and close it with
  Ok.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Use the patch for JR41670.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Closing the WAVES or MNS stage editors via Cancel does nothing
  (as it should)
