• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Parallel Debugger fails with the message 'Parallel debugger
  failed to enter checked state' and the Designer Client hangs.
  
  This problem occurs if an attempt is made to debug a job where
  the osh script produces a large amount of standard output during
  its initialisation phase. Internally a pipe full condition
  occurs. This affects jobs containing XML Pack, Java Connector
  and other Common Connector stages.

Problem conclusion

• Server code modified so that the pipe used for communication
  between Server Runtime and the osh conductor process is opened
  much earlier.
