Error description

• The DataStage job with XML Stage fails to run with a large
  number of files concurrently, when multiple Parsers are used in
  the XML Stage.
  
  Possible error messages in the job log:
   Message: <stageName>,2: Fatal Error: Timed-out will waiting
  for termination of scheduler: This condition should not be
  possible. Program maintenance error. This is always a bug.
  Please report it.
  
   Message: main_program: ORCHESTRATE step execution terminating
  due to SIGINT

• Decrease the number of Input files processed.
