Error description

  • When a query string is malformed containing invalid parameters
    and parameter values, the NoSuchElement exception may be thrown
    from UserTrafficData as exhibited below:

Local fix

  • Disabling the UserTrafficEventListener within the WebSphere
    Commerce configuration file (<instance>.xml/wc-server.xml) will
    help prevent this issue from occurring.

Problem conclusion

  • Parameter and parameter values will be confirmed to exist after
    tokenizing to make sure that tokens are valid prior to using
    tokens.
