Error description

• When browsing a category that contains a large number of
  products, even though a small set of these products are entitled
  to a shopper, the browse response time is still very long.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  The fix for this APAR affects the Users of WebSphere Commerce
  users on V7.0 + Feature Pack 2.
  
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Product level entitlement check causes "too many boolean
  clauses" error
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  
  This fix will make the category browsing much faster than before
  when the category has a large number of catentries (e.g.
  thousands of catentries).
  
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The catalog entry level entitlement check has now been optimized
  to use rule based evaluation instead of statically passing in
  individual catalog entry identifiers.
  
  This is caused by a catalog entry entitlement check command
  which is only used by databeans.  Entitlement check used with
  CatalogNavigationView service does not have this problem and is
  therefore not affected by this iFix.
