Error description

• For a large member group, the members of which also have a large
  number of addresses in ADDRESS table shows an OutOfMemory error
  and the resulting page is not loaded.  Sample steps to reproduce
  this situation in the WebSphere Commerce Org Admin Console:
  
  1. Login to Organization Administration console
  2. Select Member Groups
  3. Check a group name (for example, Supply Chain Users or some
  other group which has a large number of members with ma, and
  press the change button
  On the Change Customer Price Group screen for example (or some
  other group which has large number of members with l=many
  addresses in ADDRESS table, click ?Select Members

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  All users on WebSphere Commerce version 6 and version 7,
  leveraging the Organization Administration console, and have a
  large member group with members having a large number of
  Addresses.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  WebSphere Commerce Org Admin Console gives an OutOfMemory error
  when "select members" is chosen for a very large member group
  with a large number of addresses in ADDRESS table
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  List of members will not be displayed due to OutOfMemory
  exception.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed by APAR JR40513 in which a code change is
  made to handle the case when there is a large number of members
  in a member group with each possibly having a large number of
  addresses.
