APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When customizing the change history type, the customer cannot
  extend the AbstractChangeHistoryServiceImpl.java file as it is
  in the internal path. So the customer could not add the support
  type for change history function.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
  The Commerce user who enable Emerald FEP3 workspace change
  history function and wants to customize change history.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Could not add the customized change history type.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The impact is that the customer could not add the support type
  for change history function.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• We rename the class' package to allow it to be customized and
  then introduce a class in the old package that just calls the
  new one. So the customer could extend the new class to do the
  customize type.
