APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In WebSphere Commerce V7, if you use Accelerator to search for
  any type of catalog entry that has been marked for delete in the
  database, it will still appear in the search results. For
  example, if you use Merchandise > Find Bundles and Kits and
  search for a bundle that has been marked for delete, you will
  still see it in the search results. The expected behavior is
  that only catalog entries that have not been marked for delete
  (ie MARKFORDELETE is set to 0 in the CATENTRY table) should
  appear in search results.
  

Local fix

• Run dbclean for removing deleted bundle (MARKFORDELETE is set to
  1).
  

Problem summary

  All v7 users which use this functionality (manage bundles using
  Accelerator)
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Deleted bundles reappear in bundles and kits page
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Unexpected result for WS Commerce Accelerator user.

Problem conclusion

• Rectified the problem with the APAR JR39685 to modify isEmpty
  method, which has been changed in SearchBaseDataBean.java
  between v6 and v7.
