Error description

• The namespace of the BI collection being stored in the database,
  sometimes contains extra characters that are not being passed in
  with the url from Cognos when lineage is invoked from Cognos.
  
  For example, the namespace appears as "Flowsheet/1/Flowsheet" -
  where the extra "/1" characters are being added. Need to ignore
  the extra characters and find the namespace based on the start
  and end part of the namespace, in this case "Flowsheet" and
  "Flowsheet".
