    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The surrogate key generator cannot get exclusive lock on the
    keystate file in a shared file system. This causes duplicated
    keys to be generated.

    RECOMMENDATION:
    Apply the fix via patch.
    ****************************************************************
    

Problem conclusion
