Error description

• Request to add support of CS_LONGCHAR_TYPE in the SybaseOC
  plugin stage.
  
  The SybaseOC plugin is checking for CS_LONGCHAR_TYPE and
  excluding it as not supported.

  All platforms, jobs using SybaseOC plugin with datatype
  varchar(255) and LANG set to UTF-8

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  SybaseOC job fails with error "Sybase data type
  'CS_LONGCHAR_TYPE' for column 'description' is not supported"
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch for JR36670
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• The Sybase Open client version 12.5 gets varchar(255) as
  CS_LONGCHAR_TYPE when LANG is set to UTF-8. This datatype was
  not being supported by SybaseOC plugin. Modified code to support
  CS_LONGCHAR_TYPE.
