  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  DB2 Connection Handles are not being freed on Drill Down
  operations against a non-UTF8 DB2 database. The leaked
  connections can eventually cause Drill Down to not return any
  results, and Out of Memory errors may be seen.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Upgrade to Information Analyzer 8.1 Fix Pack 2, or Information
  Analyzer
  8.1.1 Fix Pack 2 or Information Analyzer 8.1.2 Fix Pack 2.
