• Customer installed Business Glossary with their Information
  Server 8.0.1 on Windows.  Then they upgraded to 8.1.  Then they
  attempted to upgrade BG to 8.1.1 and it failed.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  1) JR34460 : BG Browser - Search mechanism on custom
  attributes was fixed to support common cases.
  2) JR34640 : BG Browser & BG Anywhere - BIDI issues were
  fixed in full dossier and search context.
  3) JR34641 : BG Admin -  Bug was fixed to display correct
  context path of related terms with same name.
  4) JR34642 : greatBG Browser - Rich links mechanism was
  updated to support national characters in the path.
  5) JR34643 : BG Admin - Added a fuctionality to import CSV
  files that are not UTF-8 encoded.
  6) JR34644 : BG Admin -  Added ability to import csv files
  with period in file name.
  7) JR34645 : BG Admin - Added fields length validation
  functionality to BG CSV and XML import.
  8) JR34646 : BG Browser - Fixed to support displaying
  custom attributes fields in full dossier  on Servers with Oracle
  DB.
  9) JR34647 : Added a script which runs automatically on
  deployment and defines that all BG ear files to start up only
  after ISF Service start-up.
  10) JR34648 : BG REST-API: Fixed incorrect validation on
  long description field in BG REST-API  PUT/POST methods.
  11) JR34649 : BG REST-API: Fixed incorrect validation on
  date time type fields in BG REST-API PUT/POST methods.
  12) JR35259 : BG Browser - Fixed issue where imported custom
  attributes are duplicated in BG Browser.
  13)    JR35590 : Fixed case sensitive issue on triggers
