Error description

• The resource estimation tool fails with the following error
  message :
  main_program: Fatal Error: Throwing exception: APT_BadAlloc:
  Heap allocation failed.
  
  This issue seems to happen only with larger jobs.

  The resource estimation tool causes the following error message
  :
  main_program: Fatal Error: Throwing exception: APT_BadAlloc:

  Due to an issue in the code. It  occurs in resource estimation
  tool when the
  size of an export schema is being estimated.

  Apply the patch JR35405.

• This is because of a bug in the code. This bug has been fixed
  and a patch has been created.
